When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For domestic shipping, please allow for up to 7 days. For international shipping, please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery. Further delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
MITTSU is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier immediately.
Standard Domestic - FREE
Express - $35 flat rate for a 2-3 business days delivery
International - $50 flat rate
International Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout.
Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable.
